We've instituted a new compliance training program with HR Classroom. As you are probably aware there are many Federal Laws and Regulations which mandate that we train all of our employees in certain areas. Our new online system will make our program cost efficient, and make it much easier to ensure that all of our employees are completing the critical training which is assigned to them.
You will receive an initial email, followed by weekly emails which will tell you which employees have assigned trainings that they need to complete. The email will look like the example email below pasted at the bottom of this message.
What you need to do following the receipt of your email list of employees:
- Schedule your employees to complete the trainings assigned to them.
- To log your employees into the training bookmark this page: https://www.hrclassroom.com/trainings/YOURCOMPANYHERElogin.aspx (for instance https://www.hrclassroom.com/trainings/wrightandsonslogin.aspx)
- Have your employee's ID ready to login the employee.
- If you have a new employee who does not have an account yet they may receive this message: Invalid Login or Employee ID. Try again, or see manager to create a new account, please assist the employee in creating a new account.
- If the employee needs to create an account then they will not have the correct trainings assigned to them. Please assist the employee in navigating to Available Trainings and selecting the appropriate trainings.
