Question: Thanks, is there a reason the certificate is not coming up at the end of the deck? We need to show completion.

Answer: Yes, the last page of a Training needs to have a 'Training Section' of Conclusions and Acknowledgments selected.  You can create an additional page, or you can change the 'Training Section of your current last page. This last page is also needed for the training to show as complete for the user, in addition to the certificate.
