Americans with Disabilities Act. The ADA follows the essential reporting requirements
set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964:
- Essential personnel records not subject to retention as a result of an ongoing
adjudication of a charge follow FLSA requirements. Records to be retained for
at least one year.
